Over the centuries, there have been all sort of potions, books, and kits designed to increase the chances of becoming psychic. In one sense, it is unfortunate that there is no such thing as “becoming psychic”. You are born with the ability  to be Psychic and “loose” it as you get older. On the other hand, chances are you would not be alive if you did not have something inside of you that is loosely referred to as a life force, or soul. Even a scientist will tell you that life must come from life. In many cases, psychic abilities have to do with the interplay of your soul and your physical body. Therefore, every person in this world already has a capacity to be psychic.

Today, many books and teachers spend a great deal of time explaining why people have certain abilities, while others do not. At the same time, these books may teach you methods that are not correct or directly useful for recognizing and developing your own talents. As an example, becoming psychic with an emphasis on precognition is very different from distant healing and telepathy. That said, irregardless of which gift you were born with, becoming psychic also means using these gifts in a moral and responsible way.

If you are interested in becoming psychic, it is crucial to understand why you want to pursue this path, as well as be aware of the pitfalls you may encounter. It is also important to recognize that there is a huge difference between what you need to survive and the power of luxury. In many cases, if you find yourself having problems during the course of becoming psychic, you will come to understand that it comes down to trying to have what you want, but do not need.

Without a question, at every stage, there are people and events that will encourage these tendencies. If you look carefully, you will soon realize these people are locked in a pattern that says their survival depends on spreading lies and misinformation. Failure to recognize the truth of the matter can easily create a situation where you live in garish fantasy and uselessness for years on end. Not only will this deny you what you sought in the process of becoming psychic, it may cause permanent harm in every area of your life.

For people that realize that specific gifts are unique to each person, it becomes a simple matter of accepting what is allotted to you, and owning that gift. This is a much more beneficial process than trying to pretend you have a capacity that is not truly yours. In many ways, becoming psychic is an attempt to create some semblance of security in a world that is sinking further and further into chaos. As a result, not only is becoming psychic understandable, it may well be necessary. That said, the steps you take and the way you take them are very important to achieving your goal.
